We are trying to enhance these gifts.
We collect them and work them as little as possible in order to preserve all their fragrance and natural qualities, and we store them with the greatest respect.

Here is a small overview of the products we prepare for ourselves and for lovers of the island’s scenes and flavors.

Olive grove revival

Depending on the year, you may taste:

  • Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil

  • Stereoscopy

  • Olives in frost

  • Sun-dried black olives

Cultivation & harvesting

Our connection with the land is rooted in slow, careful work and in the desire to preserve the island’s authentic flavors. Over the years, we have revived small cultures and introduced new ones, tending them with patience and respect for the rhythms of nature.

Capers
We have started a small cultivation in a more convenient and accessible location, and from it we harvest capers so fragrant and flavoring that they can be compared to the famous ones from the Aeolian Islands.
Saffron
In October the plant begins to bloom, and on those cool mornings, early at dawn, we gather the newly opened crocuses one by one. From these, through hand-plucking, we extract the three precious amber-red stigmas, which after a brief drying are ready to impart their characteristic aroma and color to our dishes.

Herbal Extracts & Cosmetics

We work with the island’s medical herbs to create high-quality botanical bases used in our cosmetic preparations. With our medicinal herbs we prepare hydrosols and oleolites that we use for the production of our cosmetics.

Among these are our handmade soaps, including the artisanal sage soap and the lavender soap. We also create various cosmetic preparations such as creams, serums, and lip balms, all crafted using these natural extracts.

Spontaneous Treasure of the Island: The Cypress

From cypress wood, through meticulous hand-planing, we obtain soft and wonderfully fragrant shaves that make up the filling of our pills. It is a natural material, perfectly adaptable to every need, and rich in essential oils that preserve their splendid scents over time.

The Properties of Cypress

The essential oil contained in the shaves is an excellent ally against inflammation of the respiratory tract. It has balsamic and cough-soothing properties and is also used for treating nervous tension and rheumatic pain. There is nothing better than enclosing all these properties in a soft pillow to which you entrust your sleep.
